Before building NSC, I spent years sourcing products from China for e-commerce work and international buyers, dealing directly with factories, samples, packaging, quality and shipping.
The hardest part was rarely finding a supplier. It was keeping pricing, specifications, production, quality control and logistics connected so small gaps did not become expensive problems.
That is why NEXUS is set up to control the China side rather than pass messages along. We buy through our own Chinese company, pay factories in RMB, and check the agreed order details before goods leave China.

You pay the sourcing fee upfront so we can start real supplier work on your product. Place a bulk order of $3,000 or more through NSC and 100% of the sourcing fee is credited toward that order. If the bulk order is below $3,000, the sourcing fee is non-refundable.
Samples, sample shipping, lab testing, certifications, third-party inspections and tooling are quoted separately and are not part of the sourcing-fee credit.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?
There is no fixed NSC minimum. MOQ depends on the product and factory. We can support smaller test orders as well as larger commercial runs. Send us the product and target quantity and we will tell you the realistic MOQ and best route.
What does your service cost?
You pay a sourcing fee upfront. If you place a bulk order of $3,000 or more through NSC, 100% of that sourcing fee is credited toward the order. If the bulk order is below $3,000, the sourcing fee is non-refundable. We confirm the sourcing fee before work starts.
How do payments work, and who holds the money?
For NSC projects, you are invoiced by Guangzhou Nexus Supply Chain Co., Ltd. We pay suppliers in RMB. Deposit, balance and any other payment milestones are agreed and documented in writing before the order starts, giving you a clear transaction trail.
Do you take a commission from the supplier?
We do not rely on hidden supplier commissions to choose your factory. Our commercial terms with you are agreed upfront, and supplier selection is based on the requirements of your order.
Can you ship to my country?
We arrange sea, air, rail and courier shipping to major international markets, including delivery to warehouses, 3PLs and Amazon FBA where applicable. Send us the destination and we will quote the practical route.
What happens if the goods fail quality control?
If the agreed quality check finds a problem, we document it and hold the shipment while we work with the factory on rework, replacement or a commercial adjustment. We do not release the goods until the agreed corrective action is completed or you approve another solution.
