China product sourcing and supplier selection

We use the sourcing channels that make sense for the product. That includes 1688, Alibaba, direct manufacturer outreach in Chinese and suppliers we already work with. We are based in Guangzhou, so supplier contact and follow up is handled locally in China. The goal is to find suitable options, not to rely on one platform.

We review company information, product and specification fit, production capability, communication quality and the supporting documents available for the project. We also identify whether you are dealing with a manufacturer or a trading company and what that means for your order. Where a project needs deeper verification, factory audits, third party inspections, certificates or laboratory testing can be arranged separately.

Where the market allows, we normally aim to present 2 to 3 recommended supplier options after reviewing and filtering a wider group. Some specialized products have fewer suitable options. We would rather give you two strong candidates than pad the list.

Yes. We can coordinate sample ordering, collection, review and revisions, along with customization such as logo, branding, packaging, colours, materials and private label. Sample costs, sample shipping and third party testing are quoted separately.

It depends on the product, the level of customization, how quickly suppliers respond and how much verification the project needs. Once your requirements are clear we give you a realistic timeline for your specific project rather than a general promise.

Sourcing projects start with an agreed sourcing fee. For a qualifying bulk order placed through NSC, 100 percent of the sourcing fee is credited toward the order. We confirm whether your planned order qualifies before the sourcing fee is paid and supplier research begins. The fee depends on product complexity and project scope. Sample costs, testing, certification, inspections and other third party costs are quoted separately.

NSC is built mainly for commercial and bulk purchasing. Smaller test orders can still be reviewed where there is a clear purchase plan, a practical project scope or repeat order potential.

Yes. After supplier approval we can handle purchasing, production follow up, quality control coordination, shipment consolidation and international freight, depending on what the project needs.
