No. Our freight-forwarding service is not designed as a low-volume dropshipping agent or a one-order-at-a-time fulfillment service. We are a better fit when inventory is being shipped in bulk to your business, warehouse, 3PL, Amazon FBA destination or another commercial delivery point.

Depending on the route and cargo, we can coordinate normal sea freight, faster sea services, standard air freight, express air/courier services and rail freight on applicable China–Europe routes. The suitable option depends on the shipment size, urgency, cargo type, destination and budget.

Submit the freight quote form with your contact information, supplier details where available, final delivery address and ZIP/postal code, shipping terms, product information and packing data. If you do not have final carton information yet, you can still submit the request and provide it later. Final pricing is prepared once sufficient shipment and packing information is available.

Door-delivery costs can vary significantly by city, postal code, warehouse type and distance from the destination port, airport or terminal. A country name alone is usually not enough for an accurate door-to-door quote, so we ask for the final delivery location whenever possible.

Master carton dimensions are the length, width and height of the final outer shipping carton that contains your products. They are not the measurements of the individual product or retail box. Please use the packed outer-carton information supplied by your factory.

Add each carton type separately in the quotation form. For each type, enter the number of cartons, outer carton length, width, height and gross weight per carton. You do not need to calculate CBM yourself.

You can still submit the freight request. In the carton section, select that you do not have the final carton details yet and provide whatever information is currently available. We can review the request, but the final freight quotation may need to wait until sufficient packing details are confirmed by the supplier.

Yes, where the agreed shipping terms and route require China-side pickup. Providing the supplier or agent contact details and a Chinese pickup address helps us coordinate collection. If your order is on FOB terms, the supplier may instead be responsible for delivering the cargo to the agreed China port or terminal.

Yes. We can coordinate consolidation when cargo from multiple suppliers needs to be brought together before international shipment. Detailed consolidation requirements can be handled through the dedicated consolidation service and form because warehouse receiving, timing, quantity checks and handling can vary by project.

Short-term warehousing can be arranged for an agreed period while cargo is being received, consolidated, labeled or prepared for shipment. Availability, storage duration, cargo type and any warehouse charges are confirmed case by case. This is not intended as long-term consumer-order fulfillment storage.

Yes, basic carton labeling, shipping marks and agreed repacking support can be coordinated when required. The exact work should be confirmed before warehouse handling begins, especially for FBA, 3PL or customer-specific labeling requirements.

With EXW, the supplier generally makes the goods available at the factory or agreed pickup location, so China-side pickup and onward transport need to be arranged. With FOB, the supplier generally delivers the cargo to the agreed China port and handles the export-side responsibilities defined by the FOB agreement. If you are unsure which terms your supplier quoted, select “Not Sure” and share the supplier quotation for review.

DDP or duty-inclusive options may be available depending on the destination, cargo type, declared value and available shipping channel. They are not available for every shipment. The quotation should clearly state whether duties and taxes are included, so do not assume a freight price is DDP unless it is specifically marked that way.

NSC can coordinate China export procedures and destination customs clearance through the relevant logistics partners according to the shipping route and agreed terms. Some destinations or cargo types may require importer information, tax IDs, licenses or other documents from the customer. Any special requirements should be confirmed before shipment.

Yes. Freight can be arranged to Amazon FBA destinations, third-party fulfillment centers, commercial warehouses and other eligible delivery addresses. The customer must provide the correct receiving address, reference information and any required appointment or labeling instructions.

Possibly, but these items must be disclosed before quotation. Special cargo may require specific carriers, documentation, packaging, declarations or restricted shipping channels, and some products cannot move on certain routes. Always select the relevant cargo type in the form rather than submitting it as normal cargo.

No. The times shown are typical planning ranges, not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual transit can be affected by carrier schedules, port or airport congestion, customs inspections, weather, peak seasons, destination delivery conditions and other operational factors.

Shipment updates are provided based on the milestones and tracking information available from the carrier or logistics partner. The level of tracking depends on the shipping method. Freight tracking should be understood as operational milestone visibility and may not provide continuous real-time GPS location.

Freight rates can change with carrier capacity, fuel adjustments, seasonal demand and route conditions. The validity period should be stated on each quotation. If the cargo is not ready within that period, the rate may need to be checked again before booking.

Please allow up to 3 business days for the final freight quotation once NSC has sufficient shipment and packing information.
